C-J Letters: 'Yarmuth and Education'
By Moray Peoples, Louisville, 40241
The recent improvements in the public schools of Jefferson County are wonderfully encouraging. Superintendent Sheldon Berman is to be commended.
U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth has education as a vital ingredient in his work history in Washington. Knowing his commitment, I view the combination of Yarmuth's efforts in Congress and our local progress to be dynamic. This like-mindedness is central to the growth and health of Greater Louisville.
Yarmuth's commitment to education is exciting. He is our logical source for federal dollar support for local student programming.
