Officials to Update Louisville Gas-Price Probe
Gov. Steve Beshear, Attorney General Jack Conway, Rep. John Yarmuth and Mayor Jerry Abramson will announce findings of the preliminary investigation into Louisville gas prices and discuss next steps in the investigation.
They will hold a press conference at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the mayor's gallery at the old Fiscal County Courthouse on Sixth and Jefferson streets.
Officials announced the probe earlier this year after complaints that Louisville's gas prices were up to 40 cents higher than nearby cities.
